Equipment Information does not include any information that is either publicly available or capable of being obtained from a third party source without such third party source violating its obligations of confidentiality.

Simplot is based in the United States. As such, we and our service providers may transfer your information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. We will take steps to ensure that your personal data receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.

Simplot is very concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures intended to safeguard information and to help prevent unauthorized access and disclosure of personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. J. Non-public education information (per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99)).

Education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records.


K. Inferences drawn from other personal information.

Profile reflecting a person’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.


ii. Disclosures of Personal Information for a Business Purpose

We disclose your personal information to third parties for business purposes. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter into a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep any personal information it receives confidential and not use personal information it receives for any purpose except performing the contract.

We share your personal information with the following categories of third parties:
